Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the guys at Lexus of Watertown. After 2 unsuccessful trips to another lexus dealership for rattles in the dash and sunroof, Watertown finally got it right....to perfection.

What i went in for:

-Rattle in center of dash, right behind center channel speaker
-Rattle on passengers side of dash, right under inspection sticker
-Squeaking sunroof
-Front brake TSIB for brake dust
-Oil change

What they performed: (from the service record)

Brakes: Performed TSIB #BR002-006
Parts: 473301- F DCS BRK Pad
04465-30400 Pad Kit, Disc Brake

Rattles: Performed TSIB #NV003-06. NV50148 06IS250 and IS350
Parts: 08231-00801 Noise Kit
08231-00810 Wind Noise Kit
Labor: Applied TSIB NV003-06 NV5014 A 2.20. Removed instrument panel and insulated panel clips, HVAC ducts, and defroster nozzle.


So in the end, everything is 100% to my satisfaction...and i'm terrible with rattles. i think they're unacceptable. I couldnt be happier with the work they did and the service i got. I asked for no wash, they didnt wash it, got a call to update me each day for the 2 nights they had it, and most importantly, they identified and fixed every one of my issues without thinking i was crazy.

thought i'd share my experience and throw up the repair details. I hope this can help someone in some way.

Good to hear, this service is why we buy Lexus and not something else. Certain dealerships would obviously do well to remember that.

From my experience Watertown is not bad, but they are not great some advisors are nicer then other Herb Chambers Lexus (Sharon formerly Norwood, Mass) is by far the best I have experienced so far. They are attentive, courteous and truly try to make you happy.

Thanks Andoskyy, I think I will call my delaer and make an appointment!!! I really appreciate you posting the TSIB codes!!! This will help a lot of people when dealers act like there are no TSIB's for these issues.

same isue that i have i have an appoitment next week for all the stuff you listed... you have problem... you didnt pay anything rite cause is warrantee isue..?
