Default Any regrets getting IS 250 instead of IS 350 or vice versa?

I am just curious to get some feedback from the folks on this forum. I am planning on getting an IS 350 but do not want to regret it after a while. I have read your poll on how much you love your ISx50, but there is no better opinoins from people who have had them for more than 6 months. Any feedback would really be appriciated. Thanks in advace.

No regrets... I can't imagine having less horsepower...I am glad I spend the extra 6k on the IS350 even though they marked down the IS250 below invoice...

i'm not really sure why a 250 owner would regret not getting a 350 especially if the purchase was based on AWD. around here, the 250 to 350 ratio is nothing less than 10 to 1.

go with the 350, unless you want to follow in my footsteps and later trade your 250 for the mean machine(350)!

Well I waited 5 months to get my IS250 MT and there is no regrets. But I wish I had order the memory seats and tilted mirror.

my 250 has been very good to me in the past year, but my problem is that i need more power and want to go faster. so i think ill trade mine in a year and get a 350... i might get an exhaust system for this one just for kicks in the meantime

I got a 250 and definately no regrets. Who cares if you have a semi quick lexus, its a lexus. In comparison to cars that are really fast it pales. If you want a sports car, get a sports car then you can have a car that is fast and handles wells, the IS 350 isn't fast nor does it handle well, it is very quick for a car of its caliber though. Just save the 4 grand and get yourself a 250. If you really want a car that is fun to drive and is semi quick get an S4 for 50K pretty well loaded. They are faster and handle waaaaaaaaaaaay better than the IS.

actually the S4 isn't faster... although it will handle better in most situtations but is very nose heavy...which will cause oversteer and you can't fix it by swaping sway bars...

Audi fun I have no idea why you hate the IS350. I love the IS250 as i mentioned in my preivous common, there is nothing wronge with the IS250 so i dunt understand why ppl regreat. but at the same time, there is nothing wrong with its sister IS350 . and btw, the audi is sucks from interior ,I dunt like it period. maybe handling better abit, but faster noooooooooooooo ******ing way,you just kidding yourself .

I am pretty sure that if I had purchased an IS350, I'd be thoroughly enjoying it right now, instead of thinking about and researching what my next car will be.

So, yes I have regrets, but I suspect you won't.

No regrets picking the IS250 especially when gas prices are going to be a record high $4.00/gal soon.

^ gas mileage between the two may be decent on the sticker, but realistically its probably around 2 mpg, which u can fix with driving styles

i have a 250 awd, and live in NY so i like having it for the winter, but im moving to florida next year and i already expect i'll be wishing for that 100 more hp
