Yes. You can also opt to peel the fender lining back and do it that way. However, removing the bumper is really not that much more work than doing it this way.

Very glad I removed the bumper for my installation as per this write up.
It gives you the ability to properly mount/wire everything.

Now I've got to get crackin' and get everything else installed!

^ looking good. Why does your car look like it is sitting so high? Lower it.......

Did you use a giant zip tie? Mine is like 8 inches long and it isnt able to wrap around like yours. Also, did you guys use relay kit?

Put 2 zip ties together ... end to end.

Just waiting on the sway bars to be delivered, the JIC coilovers are sitting in the garage.

I had some really long ties I had gotten from Lowe's, still had to use 2 of them.
I did use the Xenon Depot relay kit, the kit works perfectly. Covered the wires from the battery terminal with some split tubing, ran it next to the factory wires and it looks terrific.

2 questions:

1) Did you/Can you adjust the foglight aim downward? If so how?
2) Did you do anything extra to make it watertight. The grommet is good enough?

1. Yes you can. Pop open the fender liner a bit and you can see there's a 8mm screw on the foglight and you just adjust that.

2. No, with most HID kits you don't have to.

Hey, Where did you buy your hid fog light kit from ? I want the same one as you have. I already have yellow fog but they are not HID. By the way, nice and easy write up
