I'm not alone when I say it's not "my cup-o-tea" as it sits now. The lines of the car seem to be broken. I think it may look better when it's finished. I like the way you made your car look like no others I've seen. Props to you!
QUESTION: Will someone please define "Rice" and does this comment offend all that mod or is "Rice" it it's own look just as "VIP"?

Its a trend that is getting worse.

Sorry still confused. Do some people set off to mod there cars to look "Ricey" and to them is the term consider it a compliment or is it still insulting? I just want to be clear as to not un-knowingly insult anyone.

Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements. (R.I.C.E.)Parts put on cars to make them look fast, when they have no internal tuning, and are actually slow as hell. Parts usually consist of excessivley angular bodykits, large rear spoilers, neon, sponsor stickers, chrome rims, fake "coffee can" exhaust tips, and loud, annoying paint jobs and/or vynils. Sometimes parts are do-it-yourself installed and are basically duct taped to the car. Most commonly known for being done to Honda Civics, but can also be done to slow domestic vehicles, such as a Chevy Cavalier, etc.

oh he has a CF hood?! now i hate the look. I've always hated the look of CF trying to match a black......I would never paint a car black in NFS and then put a CF hood and spoiler on it...never liked that duo...but the black roof alone looks good

Ok thread revival time!
So i read all 9 pages...(i know i know), and DAMN, i reallllllllly dig the look. So any updates with the sun roof pics?
I am truly interested in doing this, but my question is, living in BC, it rains like 80% of the time, and I park outside, so i'll be getting sun and rain...alot.
Is it still worth doing? I know a good guy that does award winning tint jobs, So i'm sure he will be up to the task, but what do you guys think?
looks damn good though.

Oh man, I completely forgot about this. I've only taken a few pics recently, been busy taking pictures of everyone ELSE'S car I'll take some more of the sunroof this week. I didn't really care about the sunroof area, because I rarely use it. There are spots where it's not completely covered, but it's only because I didn't care. The sheet is definitely big enough to completely cover the inside edges of the sunroof.
And for anyone wondering about the durability of the vinyl, it's still in perfect condition. I've gotten bird droppings, rain, and driven through that snow-melting rock/salt crap they spread all over the roads when there's snowfall. No chips, no stains, no tears.
