My wife has a thing about naming our cars, The IS started out as "the hot rod"(she associates fast or sporty cars as all being hot rods) which within 1 minute morphed into "Rodney". The funnier one was that she wanted to buy a jaguar but at the time we couldn't swing it so we bought her a new black camry. She decided that it may not be her Jag but was close enough for her to call it her "Panther". Its either pretty funny or sad when your friends ask you how "Rodney" and "Panther" are doing as if they are two of your kids!!

I named mine "Shannon" after my first crush since I fell in love with this car when I first saw a picture of it when it was first announced.

umm, started with "my lexus" since my mom has one too.
friend told me to name it, i said it looks like a guy, he said u cant go around saying "i just took a ride on charlie."
after charlie, i decided on sakura, since i saw a picture of sakura blossoms and the color reminded me of my car, glacier frost (although now im seeing blue..so i dunno)

i named her Aoi with means blue or hollyhock also sence this car comes from japan it is a fitting name ps i am a guy and also i thought it was a guy thing to name a car.
