I have no picture, but am wondering WHY they changed from blue to white. I love the blue ones!

My friend bought an '07 without the scuff plates. I was thinking of giving her my blue ones (she wants them), and then I get the white ones...

The 08 RX350 I had for a loaner earlier in the week had white ones. They don't even look illuminated until it's pretty dark out. I prefer the blue.

The vleds blue flank LED's in clear doors match the blue of the scuff plates. Now what has this to do with the topic... hmm, i dunno... just thought i'd say it.

IMO I want white because I feel the blue doesn't belong in the stock Lexus, (doesn't match any of the stock lights) however I think it will be an easy trade because blue lighting is in more demand.

glad i got the blue ones!! the blue makes it look diff and sets if off nicely at night

I look at it this way ---- Changes are never made because they are more expensive, they are always made because it is cheaper. So, in my cynical mind there must be some sort of cost savings for Lexus/Toyota to make this sort of insignificant (on the surface) change.

Beverly Auto has some white illuminated scuff plates. It will probably look similar.

Blah, IMO the blue are way cooler, especially when all your other interior lighting is swapped out for blue leds.The real question is : Did they make better rear scuff plates???
