the warranty is better on the infiniti too.. not that you need it on the lexus..
the quality of paint and leather is much nicer on the isX50 than the g37 as well. I sat in both of them for a while and told the sales person to leave me alone and let me "think".. haha..

IMO, if its not a manual G37 sport and unless you really want a coupe, I'd get the IS. I don't understand getting an automatic coupe if a manual is offered.
After seeing the Altima coupe in person, I was sad it did look alike. Seeing it passing on the road, I mistook if for a G35, who's appearance I prefer over the G37.
The G37 interior and available amenities crushes the G35 though.

Personally i like the exterior of the g35's coupes better. i honestly dont see what the big deal is besides the new/better performance. The g37 did cross my mind before purchasing my lexus but at the end of the day i can honestly say im completely 100% satisfied with my lexus. if i was in the market for a car right now my money is still on the is350

Pole Position
You seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place because you need a car now. If you can't/don't want to wait 4 months for an IS and you can't/don't want to pay the full retail for the G then you may have to look elsewhere.
