My last car was a 07 Camry SE that i put a Eclipse AVN5500 nav into.Used a Metra kit for the install. Was nothing like the kits for older cars where it was just cheap black plastic.Kit was painted and it looked oem after the install. Was really nice, wished there was one for the IS
Problem is our car has the climate control and stereo integrated into one unit.Honestly if i was an aftermarket company looking to make kits, the ISX50 be low on the list of things to do lol

I understand it's got the climate control and I see some people relocated the factory changer into the glove box, but those eclipse or pioneer systems looks really nice for under $2000 and it does more than a factory nav unit.
And some would support the backup camera too if you supply the lexus OEM part or your own camera. It would not be as much of a loss as trading your car unless you have other reason like going from 250 to 350
