Will 245/40/18 tires in the front rub? Wheels are the stock OEM wheels.

I don't think u can fit that on the stock wheel, I mean you could but the tires will look so fat and wide. Yes your car will rub even if isn't lower, you have to push the plastic fender liner back, on the rear that is.

I have 07IS AWD and want to put 18x8 with 245/40/18 tires. Is this ok for the front and not rub? Thanks.

you might want to go with 235/40/18 or 225/40/18s. 8" Rims are a little thin for 245/40/18.

Plus you dont need all that extra traction or weight.
