Correct in a sense. In '06, HIDs only came in the luxury package. In '07, they were their own option.

I am running 8000k for low and fogs and I like them! Cops drooool . But if I was able to turn back time, I would get 6000k low and fogs. No regrets however.

I live in Canada and the base model is just that! Mine doesnt even have a moonroof nor leather seats.. BTW mine is an 07
