I would go back to where you bought them from and have them replaced. I know some of them give you warranty for a year or two.

My friends 645 has the same problem with his Techniks.. he's gonna email pictures soon to iForged. I suggest u do the same, how long have u had them for?

What do you use to clean your tires and rims? I actually don't use any of the tire cleaners or dressings out on the market, and I've never had a problem. You have to be careful about some of the cleaners out there.
