Thumbs up Excellent service

Lexus of Tulsa has got to be the model for excellent service.
My 5K service went perfectly, fast, friendly, turned off my DRLs.
My 10K service was pefect also. I'm at 13K now.
Called to setup appointment for the Brakes TSB and a second change on a few LSPs.
They said no problem we got the parts. Had my car there at 7:00am,
signed the loaner form, got a new GX350, out by 7:05am.
Got a call at 9:00am that my car was ready. Got there at 9:30am,
signed ticket for no charge on anything. Out by 9:40am.
Brakes are great, all LSPs are correct, not a finger print or smudge on the car.
From the day I first shopped for a car till now has been top notch treatment.
I am so grateful as they are the ONLY Lexus dealer in Tulsa.
I hope there are many others in here that get the same treatment and just don't say anything.
I have read so many horror stories in here.
