Really 'Dude' I do understand. The idea behind DRL is to make YOUR car visable to ME so I don't run into your ***.
As for running at 1/2 power......sooooooo? Perhaps....and this is just a guess...they run at 1/2 power so as to not blind oncoming traffic. Sounds like a good idea to me.
As for running foglights during a clear day I can tell you most of us out there don't think it's cool we just think there goes another self centered ******* as we dim our mirrors...
Hey.......why not just run around in the daytime with your high beams on....Wow......that will get you lots of attention since it seems that's what your after. I mean isn't looking cool another way of saying "Hey, look at me"?

Huh? Well i dont know about you but my drl's are on the FRONT of the car, so for you to be able see my drl's quote: 'so I don't run into your ***.', means that your comming at me head on... so to avoid a head-on with you i need to have my drl's on so you'll be able to see me...
Again someone is missing the point, its not that the drl's are ON, we WANT them ON just that we want whiter colour.
