Default 18" wheels for the 250awd?

I asked this in the after market wheel owners thread and then thought it may not have been the correct place to post so I'd thought I post it here. Sorry for the double posting. I'm also sure this has been answered in some thread but seraching for the correct answer was not as easy as I thought it would be

I'd like to know whether +45 offset would work for the is250awd. The wheels I'm considering are all 18x8. The car is currently not lowered but I'm looking into Tanabe nf210's, after I get annoying dash rattles looked after. If the above wheels will work what size tires are suggested? Would lowering affect the tire size?

Thanks

hey stu,

45 offset would work fine on a 18x8. but i would go for a 40 or even 35 offset. i am running 19x8, 40 offset, 235's, and theres still room to push the wheel out further, about a finger gap. 235/35/19 is prolly your best size choice. good luck meng.
