I wont be putting my plates on for a while, but I also never have to go through tolls.

Wow, here in good ole Chicago, they bolt the plates on your car before ya leave the dealer! I understand somewhat your avoiding the toll system(if thats what the reason is?) Here, plate or no plate they track you and after a couple no pays on what we call I pass... get out your checkbook! The folks with blocked or no plates & many violations get put into the computers, and the cameras start to scan for these vehicles.. If they pick up a driving pattern ie; vehicle, route, timing... they will have troopers watch for you... I know someone at local IDOT (toll-way authority) and they do not play games.. least here... you guys got it made!

As stated before.. Sorry my opinion as well... pay the toll! Might just be for kicks.... remember what goes around, comes around.....
