Exclamation X package

Hello all,
New to forum and need help! I just ordered my IS 350 yesturday and they are looking for it. I need clarification. At the dealer they were not too familar when I said X package. I know I am ordering with luxury package and the MSRP they gave matched the build on Lexus' web site, but I want to get X package too. Feedback is greatly needed, and I will call them tommorrow.

If you don't see X-PKG when you build it on the site, that means that model is not being allocated to your area. That means LONG WAIT, if you even get it this year! X-pkg only comes in three colors. What color did you order?

I could be wrong but I thought Lux and X don't normally go together.

i think if you have the LUX package you can get a sports package also. atleast this is how i understood it. I havent seen an X package in the Chicago area.

Now I'm almost certain that you can't get Lux + Sport. Just imagine what kind of trim you'd end up with (wood and aluminum).

Yeah, silver's boring.

Everyone has that bland color.

Just know that the only things X Package will add on top of the sports package are the exclusive 5 spoke rims and the front air dam.

well, if you build online, says that luxury package comes with the illiminated sills, and when I test drove saturday, the test 350 had the alum. pedals. We'll see..... I need clarification, also when I build I don't see the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control or PCS.....? whats with Long Island!!!!!

Usually, the Dynamic Cruise Control option and the PCS (or w/e) aren't available on the regular shipment IS'.

So if you want those, you'll most likely have to special order and wait a few months.

X-pkg can go with the Premium pkg if avail. X-pkg has the special 5 spoke wheels with sport suspension. You can also buy those wheels for about $2K from a vendor on this site. Lux and sport pkg are entirely different and usually not combinable with x-pkg. Sport vs x-pkg, sport pkg has tilt down side mirrors, memory seats, auto windshield wipers, and a lot more colors. x-pkg has the wheels, front air dam (ground effects), and illum door sills. You can also buy illum door sills and exchange them yourself.

Do a search of "x package", "x-pkg", and you will see many posts.

good luck.

A lot of dealers still like to call the X Package the "Sport Package"

Quick Reply: X package
