I heard the dealership in fremont is very nice.....havent been there yet....

I called almost 10 dealers when I got my car (I even called roseville and SAC), only concord and roseville (they want $1K above invoice) had it and they were willing to do the deal (extremely hard to find one with 6MT in the western region).

You should have told Serramonte to throw in the spoiler if they want your business. As long as they have the part in inventory with the same color, they will do it. When I was dealing with the Internet Sales Manager. I asked him how much more for a rear lip spoiler. He quoted me 300 dollars. I told him the car must have the spoiler, but I'm not willing to pay 300 for it. He knew I was contacting multiple dealers in the area who wanted my business.

I actually LIED to Lexus of Concord what others dealers are giving me in terms of price and options. They said they can match it. Any so I got what I wanted at the end with 300-400 (cant' remember) below invoice. Of course it also help since it was during December to Remember. The only thing I regret was not mentioning the Illuminating scuff plates. I tried to get them to give it to me during the signing of the paperworks, but it was too late. They did took off anther 100 dollar off the final price.
