20" wheels what tires to use
I have a 2007 IS250 RWD. I was going to run 20"rims on my ride. What I need is everyones help to let me know which size tires i should run Front and Rear so i get NO RUBBING on my ride. I have no intentions on lowering my ride.
Here is the rim details
Sevas S-7
Front=20X8.5 with a 25mm offset
Rear=20X10 with a 40mm offset

do the Nitto 555's 235/35/20 up front and 275/30/20 in the rear. with the
25mm offset you will probably need to do a little fender molding, only about 5 minutes with a heat gun on eachside and your rubbing problem will be fixed.

I would go 235/30/20 front and 265/30/20 rear.
I think 25mm offset for the fronts will stick out too much. You will have front rubbing probs if you planning to lower your IS in the future with 25mm offset.

Toyo Proxes
From what I hear people who go with Toyo have absolutely no rubbing problems,..they dont even have to use the heat gun supposively..
What's the widest 20'' tire we can go with? I'm looking into Sevas S-55's with 235/35/20 and 275/30/20...but I see people even going as wide as 285...
What's an ideal offset for this ??
