I got mine at Parkplace Lexus in Grapevine, but i usually take it to Northside Lexus for service it's closer to me. Northside Lexus sends you 50% off coupons for getting it serviced there that's just an added PLUS +++ for them. I had a stripped bolt on one of my wheels from the guys at Discount tires and they replace it FREE OF CHARGE. I haven't had any problems from Park Place or Northside service department... Hope this helps
