Rear window shade ?

I've used mine exactly twice - once to see it work, and again to show someone else it worked. Useless addon, IMO, unless you spend all your commute time going West at sunup, and East at sundown.

i agree, i think the novelty will wear off after having it for a few days. i also question the practicality of it when tint is already present.

Here's an OT Q:
Would you rather tint the back or just have the rear sunshade?
-------------
Back on topic, I'm sure it would cost a bundle to install and I've only used mine three times, and only the third time because of the sun.

i'd rather have the sunshade than tint, but i'm not a fan of tint anyway.
but like others have said, the rear sunshade is only a novelty luxury item, i've probably only used it 6 times and half the time to demo to someone else. otherwise, it stays down. but i can understand why you would want it if you don't have it. kinda like the 2 or 3 other useless accessories i have in my car that i wanted but don't use at all.

Hmmm, I guess I found out from these pics... 06 model has the trunk and fuel in one button area. My 07 uses separate ones for both...
Yeah, I was having buyer's remorse over not getting memory seats until I started breaking down the Luxury Package contents and the value I assign to each. It turned out after you subtract the Premium Package and HID, you are left with a $1,330 package for memory seats, illuminated scuff, tilt down right mirror, rear shade, and rain sensing wipers. Out of all that, I'd only miss the memory seats. I'd pay maybe $100 each for the other items, leaving the memory seats costing about $900...
I'll adjust my seats and steering wheel 20 times a year MAX (unless valets are rude). I can live with that...
