Ambivilant for me ..... the chrome are a bit softer where the black are more 'in your face'. Not sure one is better than the other.

Wow. That looks so freaking good. Maddd props. Some of the pictures aren't loading I think... By the way, what are you using to paint the emblems?

*Edit*
Nevermind! They are working now.

I applied two coats of Dupli-Color automotive paint. 3M professional doubble-side tape. Same ones that came with the emblems.

Cool

Is it Black or Black Pearl? Stands out a lot more than the chrome which is probably what you were looking for. I like it.

That looks great! I want to do it for my black IS350, but I'm afraid i'll break something.

I'd like to know the name of the tool and paint color too. I used dental floss and goo gone to debadge my Subaru, but I don't want to do that on the Lexus

Did you do the front too? I'm afraid to break that too ^^;;

I think it looks good, however for me I wouldnt go thru with it for a small difference, maybe if I had a white car tho. One thing I was wondering is, how did you get the emblems back on? not so much the adhesive or what you used to apply them, but HOW did you put them back on???

Did you just eyeball it or take measurements. < this is the main reason I wouldnt do this, because I would have to get it perfectly back on,which i know I wouldnt do. Like in yours it looks like the "I" and "S" are a tad farther apart now, than before. Maybe its just the paint tho. I gotta admit tho it looks real clean and screams lexus lol
