Tax here is 6.25% for carsyes sir, before TTL it was 37300
On the stranger side of things it seems the IS350 insurance might be cheaper than my prelude's insurance according to a quote we got

congrats..exact same color combo and package i have minus the ml...except yours was $3500 cheaper than mine..you have to get the illuminated doors sills..one of the easiest mods with the sport package.

Finally part of the CL club after 2400 posts
06 Crystal White/Black + Mark Levinson + Sport Package.
Got about 3500 off MSRP, OTD price was 39880 or so cant remember exactly. I was extremely lucky, I planned to special order a 07 in starfire pearl/black, x package + ML. But a local dealer told me they had the above and gave me a nice discount. So no more paying MSRP with a 4 month wait

That happens. The IS is 100x safer than a Prelude.

He got a 2006. You are getting a 2007. Big difference in pricing right now between those 2 years...
Damn you guys are lucky. I wish they had levinson around here, otherwise I wouldnt have had to special order. I only got a 2K discount on my 07 special order

according to my calcs
36030 + 3695 + 3990 = 43715 + tax and deler proc would probably be over 45K.... so 39990 is over 5K off.
