Hey,
I'm getting either a white or black is350 soon (havent decided the color yet) and was wondering if anyone had white wheels on their car. Im talking about gloss white with a polished or chrome lip.

please do not go with white on white rims or white rims with any car. It does not suit the car in my opinion. I have not seen white on white on this board. If you are going to color match, black and black is the way to go. I would go with gunmetal or brushed aluminum look rims with polished lip with white and same for black.

yeah well i used to think the same way until i saw my uncles Bentley White on white. It looks so sick. And im tired of black on black. Had it on my g35 and you really see it everywhere around here. Im just looking for something different.

Don't forget about the excessive brake dust that people are complaining about.

That may be an issue with white wheels...

haha im paranoid with cars so brake dust wouldnt last on my car for longer than 5 min.

again, white rims arent for everyone. everyone is entitled to their own personal choices and ive decided to go with white ones

i'm not sure if it'll look good.. it may cheapen the look of the car. but it is your own car so go for it. im curious to see how itll turn out

hey man im dying to see white on white too.. i saw a white is350 in canada... his front rims where gold and his back where silver ..couldnt tell what kind cuz he just zoomed by..but yea blackout cars are cool..but a clean white on white is niiiiice.

yeah i know. when i first got my g35 i loved having black on black. but now, it's just time for something else

i know, i was thinking that too. but, if turn out bad i guess i'll just have to have them refinished, oh well. live and learn i guess.

I did not say I liked black on black. I would prefer that over the white becasue i believe a white colored rim will cheapen the look. That bently could've would look better without those rims. Again, this is just my opinion and since I have a CW car as well, I would like to see how it turns out. Who knows, maybe I will start liking it as well! Good luck! I think Iforged and HRE rims, you can ahve them painted to match body color so try them if you want to. I think same goes for DPE.

I know that everyone has his own choice, but please do not go white with polish lips. It doesn't match. Black with polish lips = looks hot. Not white please.....

Too late 80's - early 90's for my taste. Used to see a lot then and never liked the look...but each to their own.
