I really regret not getting the Luxury Package and ML - my dealer said it would have to be a special order and I was impatient.

on a side note I'm so so glad I got a IS250 over a IS350 though - I had a chance to get either but after driving my car and driving my friend's 350 I really don't see a 6k difference + the extra cost of gas + the higher cost of insurance.

I'm still on the fence...

I really liked my packages: Prem + Nav + spoiler. Simple and has all the features I wanted.

But I really missed having HIDs and everytime I see the auto-tilt mirrors in reverse or the steering wheel adjustment I think wow thats pretty cool.

I've added aftermarket HIDs which helps with the lighting and works out pretty good but not having auto-level is annoying at times. I could care less about the AFS feature.

I guess HID is the only thing I wanted and unless I had waited for 07 I would have been stuck paying out alot more than what I did just for some shinny lights since the other features in Lux I can easily live without.

is there a difference in insurance between a 250 and 350? did not know that...........
im happy with my 250, i have driven the 350 and for what i use it for i agree to me its not worth the 6k difference.

but im not knocking it.

the 350 is a magnificent car and i don't mean to demean it in any way - i could have put out the extra money to get it if i really really wanted it, but im coming from a stock 2006 honda civic ex which was plenty quick enough for me already.

yes for me there was a difference between the 250 and the 350. im paying 3600 per year right now on the 250, and that's if i can go a year without getting another ticket or another accident.

Well I'm with Ken on this. The only option I didn't get isn't listed and that's the adaptive cruise control. I think I'll manage to live without it though but it would be neat! :-)

I regret not having the ML, but it was either wait for a special order to come in, or take the car they had on the lot that had everyting I wanted EXCEPT ML... so I took the car... I don't regret it to the point where I say "man I should have waited" but it would have been nice to have it.
