How hard would it be to put a Recaro seat in a 2IS?

The cost where 1100€ each.
These are Recaro's in the simple version.
The airbag's are gone, with a resistor the carcomputer is trict.
And you have to sign a letter that it is your fault that the arbags are gone.

. Thanks!*Edit- saw that Token Solutions make a pnp airbag resistor for the IS3...wondering if this will work on the 2IS as well?
