yea they used something call sun..never heard of that brand before it scratches so easy, had all windows tinted. Thinking i should just take it off and retint it myself.

I had mine tinted today with $229 include tax. I thought about doing it outside store but I think it's good price doing it at deanship. This is my point:
1. It comes with life time warranty.
2. it comes with loaner car
3. If that tint has problem I know dealership will be there. My friend had some store tint for him but came out problem 3 years later. When he went back to that store it became a mexican restaurant.

Really appreciate all the feedback. So i talked them down to 189 plus tax for the 3m Fx Prem at 35%. I guess the next question is should I go with the legal limit or shall I test the waters? Honestly how many people get tickets for tint?? I think a 15 % tint around would look sooooo much better on my MRM.

Has anyone tinted an is250 in the "desert sage metallic" color? Its an 07' and its my brother's old car but now it's mine, I was looking to see if the tint would help combat the ugly color.

Tinting opinions?
Up in where I live the car modding rules are pretty strict, but I still want to get my windows tinted, so I'm just wondering if I do stay legal and only tint the rear 5 windows would it look weird that the front 2 windows are not tinted? Does anyone have any photos like that? Thanks. and if i do get front tint I'm thinking probably the lightest tint, so like 50%. I have a obsidian is250.

Can you go 35% on the fronts? That's the legal limit in MOST states. I used to have a GS with 20% on the back 3 windows, and 35% on the front 2, and it didn't look bad at all. I do think it looks weird when you don't tint the front 2 at all.. Mine looked almost the same tint level when you stood 10-15 yards back from the car.
