OOOO, thanks 2009is350, that means i would be good to go with any tint 35% or below. hahaha Gotta try to keep it legal though....Thanks svntwosix for letting me know what the deal was with the whole LEGAL situation. Im just gonna go with 25% in the front and 20% in the rear and back. Sound like a good plan???

ceramic tint (forumla one) vs non-ceramic tint
hey guys im planning on getting my tint this weekend but im not sure what to spend my money on =/ should i spend 160 on non-cernamic tint with life time warranty or should i spend 340 on forumula one tint?! give me ur guys experiences!!

Window Tint
Can any members post pics of their IS's with tinted windows (smokey granite mica if possible)? I wanted to get an idea as to what 20% or 35% would look like since I am thinking about doing it soon. Thanks.

i would recommend 25% if your interior is dark and 20% if your interior is light. I made the mistake of getting 35%. It looks nice at night and at some angles during the day but people can still make you out. I'm planning on getting mine re-tinted, probably to 25%. This is mine with 35%.

Pics of 35% & 20% tint w/ gray interior?
Hello - I've searched the forums and found some nice pics of IS 2x50 tints. But I wasn't able to find any pics with 35% & 20% tint all around (except the front windshield) with the lighter leather interior. Does anyone have any pics of tint with the light gray interior? I have a 2008 IS350 SGM/Gray interior and would like some examples of 35% and 20%. I'm looking to get tint but can't decide of 35% or 20% and I know the inside color of interior can change the way it looks. Any help would be appreciated.

i have 35% and i think this is the best color. i also have black interior though. try searching for my posts and you see my car. if you go 20% your more likely to get hassled by the police.
