30GB Video iPod + IS350 = how?
Hey I was just wondering if you can hook the ipod up to receive video on the dash LCD screen. If so, what kinda equipment do you need? Thanks.

Yeah that's why I got the ipod. Totally pissed me off that the salesman told me it came with a dvd player. Imagine my dismay when the DVD wasn't recognized.

1st of all i dont think you can output videos from the ipod onto any external source i.e. tv, computer. since the output on the ipod is only a headphone jack not rca. and there might be a way to put an external dvd player to the nav using www.tvandnav2go.com but nobody has tried it yet

I will be working to get this to play through the nav, i too am picking up a non ml car (Is250) and want to play videos and movies with a ipod on the nav screen, I will need to get the wiring diagram for the nav and back up camera , if anyone has this please pm me, should be a easy project, i was able to do a modd like this to my G35

If yout get it figured out please let us know. I've been wondering myself... I want to get it to play a portable DVD player on the NAV screen.
