I use an eyeglass cleaning cloth. No need for any liquids near the console.

Comp USA sells these microfiber cloths that are made for labtop screens. They work very very well for cleaning the screen.

Cool

The manual says not to use any cleaning products or ammonia. Use eyeglass cleaner cloths or anything that you would use on your computer screen.

I just tried it and they work pretty good. Considering the laptop screen and nav screen are made from similar plastics, it should be safe to use.

I went to Home Depot and picked up a bunch of microfiber towels for $5... never leave home without them. Use them on the cell phone (stupid phone's sexy but it gets sooo dirty), the entire interior of the cars, sunglasses, gauges etc

All you need is a lightly damped/moistened with water microfiber towel...and thats it! No need for chemicals or "special" cleaners.
