Cool

I'm the one who threw out the cheesy paper and cut out the black material so that the nice Lexus logo would show through the plastic. It's still nice after two weeks

I have plastic on my cell phone covering the screen and it doesn't stick. Yes, it would have been nice for them to make the backside all leather with the Lexus logo stitched on. I'm sure that will be coming out as an accessory at some point. Heck, they don't even have the sunshields for the car at the dealerships yet. Had to order that.

I'm assuming this is the leather case you're referring to:

Yes it is...it looks quite ugly. It looks and feels like it belongs on those old Ungo car alarm remotes

I got 2 leather cases when I took delivery, one for each fob. I don't use them, I just put the fob in my pocket. I don't see the need for it.

ditto.

just put it in your pocket and forget about it. Who really cares what it looks like.

You saw the key when you looked at the car, if the key was that much of a problem why didn't you guys just get a different car.

LMAO. It's actually not a bad idea though.

I'm using that leather glove thing. The key fog kept on getting all scratched up with the rest of my keys in my pocket.

How did you guys get the key in without ruining the stitching near the top? Or am I not the only one who has ruined a little bit of that stitching...

It's bound to happen. The leather on mine split at the hole where the light is right above the lock button.

That Braun case is a little silly... I'm not too concerned with how the key looks, since it just stays in my pocket all the time...

I took the valet directions out as well and put my grocery store advantage card in it’s place. The looks the cashers give you when you hand it to them are price less sometimes.

Did you guys get your cases in the mail or were they in the car somewhere? Also include when you purchased your vehicle (the GS forum indicated those bought after Dec 7 had the cases included in the car)
