Anyone else, miss the tilting headrests?
I used to LOVE the tilted headreast in my ES300. Wonder if there is a mod for this!?

I am sure some specialty shop can hook you up with one (like shops that install monitors in the headrest), although it will look different.

I would miss them if the current ones didn't seem to be at the right position for me. I guess if you really want them, you could swap a set from an older IS.

Every once in awhile I find myself reaching back to tilt the headrest while I'm sitting in traffic. The weird thing is I never did that in my CL and it didn't have tilting headrest.

My head doesn't even touch my headrests in my ES300 when I'm driving... oddly enough

iman was complaining about this to my gf just yesterday...im so use to my bmw headrest...its a damn shame...all this power my head keeps hitting the headrest ...

I thought that headrests aren't designed for you to actually rest your head, just to prevent extreme whiplash.

I found this on ebay, might be a little more support than I'm looking for but it may work for some of you.
Lexus Neck Pillow
