The LS 430 owners that were involved in the transmission/fuel pump recall got $200 gas cards, I believe ^_^ It's a little surprising to see a value that slightly exceeds that of the LS recall on the IS lol. Good stuff though!!
I bought my IS250AWD last month. Because of a recall, my pick up date was postponed one week (I got a loaner car - ES330 at that time).
Anyways, I just got home and see a package; I received a letter from Lexus as well as 2GB iPod Nano and XtremeMac Aux. cable - all in appreciation of my time and understanding as well as for being a valued member of the Lexus family (although this is my first Lexus). How cool is that??? Wow...
I received mine in the mail last night!
I thought it was just a welcome letter and a calendar or something. I had no idea it was coming.... They did the recall service on 12/23 and I took delivery on 12/27.
Well done Lexus... What a great way to turn a 'bump in the road' into a positive.

For everyone that's received a nano- did you definitely receive the letter from lexus informing you of the recall in the first place?
The letter sent stating that you would be receiving the Nano came from my local dealerhship and not from Lexus Corporate. I received the letter earlier this week, about a week after I had the recall done, and then the iPod Nano showed up yesterday. The letter stated it would be several weeks before I was to receive the iPod, but generally it looks like people are getting them several days after they receive the letter.
