Well, there's no way you can repair it yourself, if that's what you asking,, but
most autobody shops can repair it quite easily, They'd probably charge you
about 100-150 bucks..

I've heard good things about Wheel Collision Center in Bath, PA. http://www.wheelcollision.com/

those scratches look pretty minor, i would wait awhile see if you end up with more; repair or replace one time later.

with my other car, it took awhile to get used to how the car drove so i ended up with a few unwanted scratches before i replaced the wheel.

Not true. I just repaired 3 BADLY gouged wheels on our Audi TT using these instructions and it came out beautifully! No exaggeration when i say you could not tell AT ALL that they had been damaged and fixed.

The only issue would be whether or not this paint color was a match to the lexus wheels.

the first ding/dent/scratch is the most painful. I agree with kensteele that you should wait awhile because scratches like these are common and it's a hassel to dismount the wheel and mail it to a wheel repair center, while you limp around with the spare. My experience with wheel repair center wasn't all good--although the wheel came back "looking" new, the paint fell off in a less than 6 months.

Also try Wheelsamerica or the Lexus service may be able to fix them. LIke mentioned if it were me I would wait until more damage cos you get those very easily and it cost some money (at least 100 i think) to repair those...
