Put my spoiler on
i didn't want to drill any holes so i removed the pilot screws 100% and just stuck it on. getting custom aluminum piping done next and putting on hks ti mufflers so i can prep for a turbo kit in the near future. installing 3500k hid yellow fog kit this week
its on there GOOD. cna't even move it
its not a big gap like it seems.. mainly shadow and lighting

What adhesive did you use for the spoiler?
Did you still use a template to line it up or did you eyeball it?
Are there any unsightly gaps between the spoiler and the trunk?
Looks great!

no its perfect.. it comes w/ adhesive already the same one that come on the emblems. my friend who works at house of imports mercedez (and insatlled my spoiler) said all benz stuff are just stuck on their and the bolts are just guides. Honestly.. there is no point in using the template you can eye ball this easily. the end of the spoiler only gives like .5 inch gap on each side

Thanks for posting this. I am much more willing to go for the spoiler now that I know you don't have to drill.
Let us know if it blows off before I return from holiday travel so I know whether I should do the same or not!

Looks good! If you get a chance please post some more side shots,, but from a bit of
a distance so we can get an idea of how the whole car looks with it on. thanks!

At the speeds I plan to drive, I would be afraid that it would become detached and fall off and hurt someone. Then anyone would be able to determine that the spoiler was improperly attached. Visually it looks good, nearly perfect.

Nice pics, is that Crystal White or Glacier Frost?
With temps so high in FL, I would need to know it was drilled not adhesive. But when I plan to buy in 2007 hopefully the spoiler will be already on the car as a factory option and not a special order.

its base model. i wanted to order the navi and all but they said i have to special order it because no manual 250 was made w/ navi as an option plus i didn't want to wait 3 months and pay msrp. the clutch is feather light. i used to drive my friends nsx all the time and i thought that was light but after driving this car.. his clutch feels like i got something stuck underneith the pedal.
