i got a rotory saw and it heats up the bolt melting a little plastic enough so ou can just easily pull it out. the you sand it down flat.

I just installed my spoiler tonight and man was I nervous the whole time. I was so afraid I would mess up and get the holes drilled off center and/or not equally seperated as the template was kinda hard to mess with. Anyway, I got the template on the car, very very reluctantly marked the spots where the holes were to be drilled and used 3 different sized drill bits (smallest to largest) The one hole to the far left was slightly off so I had to open it up a bit manually. I dropped the spoiler on the car to ensure that the bolts were now ok and sure enought the spoiler dropped right on. I then took it off the car and removed all the backing to the stickum and put the spoiler back on. Lining it up was very easy as someone had already mentioned earlier. All that I had to do from there was put the 10mm nuts on the back of the spoiler bolts.
Looks perfect!

i just installed my spoiler last night...... my suggestion is that if you don't want to dril holes then don't cuz you don't really need to. these stickers that came with it are really good and strong. anyway, my friend and i did drilled 3 holes without the instruction and it took us just about 30 min for the whole thing.
