I went to Lexus of Jacksonville today to purchase a bottle of touch up paint. The parts manager Mark Clark asked me if I purchased the car from there. Although I didnt not purchase my IS from their dealership he offered to send me the touch up paint at no charge. Also I inquried about the spoiler and he was kind enough to show me the OEM spolier and another aftermarket spoiler on another IS which was all the way across the lot. This is my first Lexus purchased and so far im highly impressed with the level of service I have recivied from my local dealership even though i did not purchase the car from them.

i actually like the design of this spolier, but i think the quality of the fiberglass is subpar. just as they mentioned in the other thread, you can see the waves or ripples in the fiberglass. unless i plan on spending a fortune for a body shop to smooth it out, the OEM spoiler is the way to go.
