Default Are these HID bulbs are real Phillips?

I just got these through www.xenonking.com . It said when i bought it is for Phillips HID conversion kit but when i open the box only the ballast say it's made from Phillips. On the bulbs there's no brand or model number or anything so i'm not sure there're real Phillip HID bulbs. I never install a HID before and don't know if the real Phillips bulbs have any letter on it. When they advertise as Phillips conversion kit it should be Phillips ballas and bulbs right? Any advise from u guys?

Since Philips or Osram don't make these types of bulb configurations, probably not.

And aftermarket maker is producing the 9006, 9005, 9004, etc....bases, then they install the DS2 bulbs into them. I can say that the Phillips kit I bought from Zenondepot.com has worked very well for me over the past 3 years no hassles. Blew a couple of fuses for unknown reasons, but probably something to do with the abuse I give them(In a 4x4 truck).

Also, looking at your pics, they sold you the older igniters. Philips is now making an ultra compact box which is easier to install in a tight space application.......It's about 1/3 the thickness of what you have.......Same ones I have though and work fine.....BTW, did you get the plastic mounting boxs with them, or just like we see it?

actually a lot of times they just get d2s hid bulbs and rebase it to 9006. there are tons of hid kits out there with philips 6000k bulbs and just rebased to 9006 or other bases. personally i had two myself.

but those bulbs are definitely not philips
