I am surprised noone said: TURBO or SUPERcharge your IS350 and volla, u r in 4.xx range..
Just wait for aftermarket to develop..
Look @ G35 Infitini.. 400+hp with $5000 in mods..

There is not a chance in hell you can get 400+hp from 5k in mods in a G. Engine management ALONE required for a forced induction system is 1500. Any forced induction kit for the g is already over 5k, and you still need the upgraded drivetrain, exhaust components, injectors, intercooler, etc. etc.
I'd be interested in seeing some actual Lexus drivers replicate the 0-60 in 5.1-5.2 seconds accurately (no g-tech pros) before trying to break 5s
