IS250....My Lexus registration
Just bought a blue onyx pearl IS 250 with sterling interior....base model with 18 inch wheels. I wanted to log into My Lexus but it does not seem to recognize my VIN. has anyone else run into this same problem? Thanks.
PS...I will take pics tomorrow when hopefully it is sunny outside.

That's weird because it recognized mine the day I brought it home.

still not working since 10/31 - even called Lexus to no avail - I wonder since these cars were manufactured overseas if that's why the Lexus site won't recognize the VIN numbers? Maybe someone else out there will have better luck with Lexus than I did...
ddint work for me & my insurance wouldnt recognize it either.

Just got off the phone with the Lexus Customer Service Rep and she was aware of the problem with New IS owners not being able to register. She asked that I/we give them approx 2 more weeks from today to update their database with these new VIN numbers. Hope that answers the questions/concerns.

lol... maybe you got a fake IS made in China LOL (I'm assuming you guys saw those Toyota/Lexus/Benz knockoffs in China lol... even the badge LOL)
It may not be in the system because your dealer hasn't updated that the VIN has been sold yet... some upload daily, some do not...

does anyone know if lexus.com provides you with an online resource to log all of your maintenance and service visit or do i have to use something like the garage in autobytel? thx.
