This thread is titled SAE horsepower, not a discussion about rwhp, what type of dyno and who uses premium fuel, SAE put the new rules in place so when you are comparing one manufacturer's HP rating to another you can know that they were all tested under the same conditions, this is why rounding up of numbers is no longer allowed, if you guys want to debate who's better then start another thread.
