For more than 10 years, having a 6-CD changer in the car was the ultimate in-car entertainment(not counting a hot date in the back seat). In the days of iPod and MP3, however, even 6 CD's full of mp3's doesn't seem enough anymore (wouldn't it be nice to put 6 mp3 DVD's in there), even though it takes at least 50+ hours to go through all the mp3 ONCE on theose CD's. We have been spoiled by PC's with more memory and bigger hard disks.

Can the ML/Nav system play read and play dual layer discs?

I'm pretty sure the answer is Yes since a dual-layer DVD is simply a single-layer DVD x 2.
