IS 350 VDIM, VSC, TRAC turn off???
#16
AWESOME, if it is removing a fuse that is good enough for me, I can remove it for the weekend or when I want to screw around and put it in for normal driving. Obviously some pedal/switch combo to disable would be 10x better.
I agree , lets keep this going until we have confirmation!

I picked up my IS on Saturday (NOV 12) and haven't got to try pulling the fuse yet! I actually planed on trying it ASAP but the car has been so much fun to drive I honestly haven't thought once about VDIM - especially when pulling away HARD from my neighbor in his new 300i.
Sucks... I'm in FL right now on business [as of today] - I can't wait to get back to my new ride.

I'm actually taking my IS350 to AutoX this coming Sunday and plan on spending some time fussing around in the fuse box to see if I can dig anything up.
I'll let you guys know how much TRAC/VDIM gets in the way of actual hard racing too if I dont find a way to disable it.
I'm going to run the car entirely stock for the curious. The IS350 hasnt even been classed yet by SCCA so I'm waiting for that.

well, it looks like a few people have confirmed it works but havent really pushed the car very hard. i'll give it a shot on sunday at the track and see if it is the real deal. i'll have a friend bring a vid camera too just for fun.
