November lease numbers
I'm very close to leasing an RWD IS 250 and I'd like to learn more on the following:
1. November Money Factor for 36, 48 month lease
2. Residual % for 36, 48 month lease (12K miles/yr)
3. Any idea if Lexus reduces the MF if you put multiple security deposits
4. Any experience with "December to Remember" program? What incentives could be expected for a new car like an IS.
I appreciate all responses / feedback.

You might want to check out the edmunds.com forums for leasing numbers. I'm not sure if they have an IS250 leasing forum up yet. There are also several threads on IS350 leasing on here and this one has residual numbers for the IS250.

From what I've read in other threads there are 2 things I've learned about the residual percentages. Navigation cars are 2% lower than non-navigation (which doesn't make sense to me since I think navigation cars will be more valuable in the future not less valuable). 12K miles/year leases are 2% higher than 15K miles/year.

The options don't really make the residual, it's the car itself... and if you compare my imaginary pricing here using nav pricing of $2550 from the lexus website....
$43,000 * .62 residual = $26,660
$45,500 * .60 residual = $27,300
Just that over time the accessories depreciate more than the vehicle itself, which is the real investment. So you still have a higher final residual price with the nav, you're just not retaining quite as much on the investment on the nav.
Woohoo! Working for Toyota Financial Services pays off again!
