Default IS Photoshop Thread

i could have SWORN that we had a photoshop thread for the IS before, but i couldn't find it on search. i thought that with the new IS coming out and people getting their cars, it's time to start thinking about modding! and yeah, i know there's a photoshop section that doesn't seem to get all that much love, but since this thread would be IS specific to give us an idea of what mods would look like on the new IS, i thought it should belong in here. (mods lock or move if you feel it's necessary anyway)

anyway, i just finished this quick and dirty chop. my ideal IS350: SGM, one inch drop on springs (tanabe nf210s?), tinted windows (ugly on the chop, i know), 18" GS430 wheels.

Nice work! That really is beautiful. The only problem is that, as beautiful as that car is, it's going to be hell to keep clean.

haha, we have two dark cars in our household right now (my dad's car is dark, DARK blue and my brother's is just plain out black) and they're such a pain to keep clean. i thought maybe the "smoky" aspect of "smoky granite mica" would make it slightly easier to keep clean

but a man's gotta buy his first case of zaino some time

Very nice work but something does not look right.

1. Passenger side windows - Are they up or down? If they are up and tinted, there is no reflection to make them look real. If they are down then the interior is not shown.

2. Rear glass and driver side windoes do not look tinted.

yah, i know. that's why i called the tint "ugly tint" in my description. i'm a total newb at photoshop, so i invite anyone to make a better one or photoshop their own rendition of their ideal IS!

btw, they're supposed to be up. and i tried reflections and it was just.. bad. haha. the rear glass isn't tinted, bu the driver side ones are.

btw, this one's for you, pocky. tinted + smoked + 18s. i think i'm in love.

and matador red fans. i love the GS wheels.

Now we just need someone to turn the car sideways and change the wheels to the optional 18" - 15 spoke design.

I wonder will the GS430 wheels fit and if so and they 18x8 and 18x8.5 like the 350?

I did this one a while ago and posted it. I thought I'd share it here too:

IS JOE, I remember seeing that on my.IS.

I love it, so clean and aggressive.

Would you be able to do more in other angles? Maybe in white color?

How about somebody doing a job on the interior?

Perhaps a different kind of wood trim or color?

That Crystal White with tint is sweet. I was just thinking about if I would tint or not this morning. That answers my question!

Now I have to go learn all about tint, since I know zilch about it...

although GS430's 18" wheels look nice, they are narrower than IS350's rear wheels (8" vs 8.5").

These are amazing! The GS wheels look sexy on there. I'm definitely thinking about making that modification
