Unfortunately, I couldn't keep the car since it was a demo that just came in yesterday for the dealer. It was fun test driving it home and back to the dealership though. Everything rocked, even the stock height looked like it was low enough. The wheel gap around the 18" tires were even.. so it looked perfect. Pick-up was insane, but I didn't get to go on any twisties since Houston traffic really sucks. I only have two small issues w/ the production car though.. it seems the base model 06 IS interior has cheaper (and rough) plastic on the main dash and top-side door panels. The prototype IS250awd I saw last month has the smooth plastic dash and door panels. Hopefully that smoother quality plastic is on the higher end luxury packaged models. And the IS350 I checked out indeed had no HIDs. It seems most of the buyers in the first batch will indeed have to settle. But it's not too bad.

There is no way in hell I would pay that much for a 350 and have halogens on it! Thats so cheap for the car. Comeon Lexus, only base 250s should have no HIDs.
