No he is right about the 0-60 afaik. My G35 coupe had quite a few mods, everything important minus a vortech, and the best 0-60 I ever got was 5.7s. Probably could have done 5.3 with vortech, but that's $5k, and a lot of work.
The IS350 doesn't feel 5.3 second fast to me (don't get me wrong, it's fast), but that might just be because the power output is so smooth.

Lets set things straight
The IS 350 is being compared to limited production, special edition cars. No cars without those enhancements comes close to its accleration in its class.
The CTS-V is available with a manual only.
Audi RS4 was an auto and a bi-turbo V-8, not a V-6, so it shouldn't be compared.
SLK and CLK 55s are not super or turbo charged. SL 55 is. None of these cars are even sedans.
300C SRT-8 is, well, a V-8.
A bunch of apples being compared to an orange. Still fun to compare though

Still fun to compare though Imagine that!That makes sense 1SICKLEX; I think because there were 6 points initially and everyone is attacking a different one, for instance i was taking on the "5) N-A 4-door sedan w/ automatic transmission" point with the SRT-8.
Maybe the claim should read: "Fastest 4-door N/A V6 Auto under $40K"
