Saw the IS350 in person today and it was 36,000 without NAV and some other things missing. The IS350 they had was very basic. Fully loaded without the PCS is about 41,000 or so.

$38,xxx
The Lexus IS 350 that I test drove @ Putnam Lexus of Redwood City , It had the Sports Package, 18' wheels staggered , not sure what else it had but was on $38,xxx . No Navigation. I think that's a pretty good price. Flint Mica ,with Black leather seats.

whoever buy a fully loaded IS350 need to see things in perspective better.
for that price you can get basic GS300, which is 2 notch class upgrade over IS.
or you can buy a basic Mercedez ML350, or basic BMW X5 or RX330? or...many other choices.
when you buy a fully loaded IS350, most of your friends know it cost at least
35K, but when you say you paid $45K, then they will think you are crazy, really.

a base GS300 will still be better than the most loaded IS350.
