Car and Driver Mag Article for Sept 2005
Hope this isn't a repeat, it says Sept 2005 & I have not seen it. Why are they still saying 220 hp for the IS250? Why is it so hard to get the figures correct?

The IS sits on the Japanese-spec Toyota Crown platform, but it is obvious that the Lexus employs its own specially tuned steering, suspension, and brakes.
it doesn't sound very right to me... crown is such a hugh car...it's much much larger than a camry and is almost the same size of the LS430...
almost everyday, i return home from work on a toyota crown taxi...the leg room at rear seat of the crown is even more than my 2000LS400
(99.99% of taxi in HK is crown)
