Sorry I took so long to get this to you, I guess it give sort of a 180 "fluid view" so you can appreciate some of the proportions more, but that's about it, it's not exciting or heart pounding IMO ;-)

The IS is oddly silent throughout the entire video. I tried very hard to listen to the idle engine and the light throttle but all I could manage to hear were the cars passing by and the lift towards the end. Seems to be yet another typical silent engine from Toyota/Lexus.

and the exhaust has even been given a beefy, metallic note for extra sportiness

Did you guys notice the side mirrors on both sides were folded in on this video? Tight compartment I guess uh?

lol, glad you like the video. I didn't say the engine wasn't quiet, that's something I take for Granted with Toyota (the Nissan truck in the background is my commuter... It's loud as heck) But the lack of a beefy exhaust note was disappointing, I do hope it appears under a full throttle... I wish I'd gotten there sooner to get you more pics and video, I only hope someone in Austin can find the group (They should be out there by now). LexusFan, there were two trucks in San Diego, so there are probably more in other places too ;-)

they probably left Austin by now...it only takes a day or two (maximum), and then they would stay a couple of more days, and then head out...so they should be gone by now

I'll post real video clips soon. Plus I have real pictures in person...inside and outside of the new IS.

Yes the CHMSL as well as the taillights are LED.
