The new IS looks great I am liking it so much....maybe the tails have a combination of non-Leds and Leds isn't the RX 330 like that?

Arg, it's either that, white, or silver... that's going to be such a rough decision for me

I liked this car from the get-go, and I have to say it continues to grow on me.

But why, why, why must it sit so high? Is that the "IS All Trac" edition? Sheesh!
Hopefully the IS 350 will sit a little lower or offer a Sport package that sits lower (like BMW & Audi).

Actually the IS350 does have a Performance Package that includes a lower ride height.

See Edmunds review: http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...ticleId=106607
Our test car had the optional performance package that included 18-inch wheels, stiffer shocks and a half-inch lower ride height.

no problem...i'm glad you guys like it

the person who took the shots brought up a very good point about LEDs

he said, looking at the close up shot, that...

http://www.netcarshow.com/Lexus/2006-IS350/10_img.html

"that's a great picture, looking carefully at that and some of my pictures, not to mention my video, I'd say they are definately LEDs, embedded in the same way as the RX330's LED lights are, only difference is they're not under clear lenses. notice the side marker there is LED, which is what made my mind pop."

he's right about that...i'm still not completely sold...haha...it's bothering me...Lexus usually mentions LEDs as one of the features if it has it...if they mention Bi-Xenon lights on the website, you would think it would mention LEDs

Love the pics!!!

Cool how they trucked the IS's around with that enclosed trailer, makes me think of a secret agency project or something.

Anyone notice in pic e48 (last 3 digits) that there seems to be an iPod or PDA in the console? Looks sweet.

Hate to tell you this but RX330 taillights have multireflectors to make it look like it has LED tails but it doesnt. It's powered by a regular bulb. Now the RX400h on the otherhand, those are true LED tail lights.

I still like it. Its not perfect but its dynamic, I really like the front end, my fav part. The rest, its nice, the interior is what sells me.

I prefer teh GS looks though.

The new IS in pics is like love at first sight to me. I want it so bad to the point where I want to keep my SC stock and save up. In spite of my desire for it, the smaller wheels in those pics makes it look like a mean lookin Corolla

I want the new IS so bad to the point where I had some pics of it developed and pinned up at my workstation @ work along with SW's 2JZ-GTE SC300. Aesthetically, it looks way better than any of the cars in its class inside and outside.

The jack for the iPod is in the center console. If you look real close, you'll see that the wire is actually going backwards towards the center console, and not in front of the shifter like I originally had thought.

Is Glacier Frost / Black too feminine? lol
